Losses down from $2.7 mil to $926K, mainly because of budget titles, like the hit Cooking Mama. Revenue went down, too, but costs obviously went down a lot faster. Cheaper game platforms could end up being pretty important for the industry. We all love our graphical wankery, but a guy's gotta feed his family, so to speak. I don't see PS3/360 being much of an outlet for budget software, XBLA notwithstanding...although Majesco lost big on titles targeted at what is now considered very modest hardware, so I wonder if Wii will be a panacaea for devs not expecting to sell 4 million copies, or if they'll just shoot straight down to DS.
