bah, "shareholder" lawsuits by financial lawshark firms are a dime a dozen.

They would be hard-pressed to show actual damages to the shareholders. BTW, I recall when 4 or 5 years ago Nvidia announced they would be restating some earnings, got hit by 20 or so "concealed true performance to mislead investors" lawsuits... and in the end, restated earnings UPWARDS. I hope they countersued each and every one of those law firms.
