I found a site claiming that Guerrilla issued technical papers regarding Killzone 2 technology during GDC'09 and is saying that KZ2 native resolution is 640x360 and they're faking the native 720p output by utilizing the CELL processor on doing this work.

Holy fuck, RSX renders Killzone 2 at 640 x 360, then CELL takes it and post process it to fake HD look with post processing??? Unbelievable!!!!
