How do I run time demo for DOOM 3?

Hi all!

I would like to know what fps I'm getting using my setup (in my signature). So if there's a way to show fps during game play, that would rock. Would also like to know how to run the time demo?

Get FPS display in-game:

Bring down the console by pressing ctr-alt-tilde (key in the top-left corner, under esc, next to "1") and type "g_showfps 1" and press enter (no quotes as usual).

To do a timedemo type in console: "timedemo demo1" (or name of any other demo you have either made yourself or downloaded off the web).
