Why would they let Michael murder hundreds of police officers, traumatise citizens, and inflict significant property damage (bust the safe, wreck the cars) if it was the first one?
Couldn't they do it more efficiently by telling the crew to bunker inside while the FIB pumps knockout gas inside?
