Here's a quick overview of the new Instinct Esports edition, which is essentially a regular Instinct with a new esports mode that will transmit your heart rate, stress, and Body Battery metrics (via Bluetooth Smart live). Those three live data feeds can then be picked up by a new piece of Garmin software on your PC called STR3AMUP!, which in turn can be used by Streaming apps like OBS or XSplit to be overlaid atop your existing stream. While it might sound complex, from an esports streaming standpoint – it’s all fairly straightforward.

Lets get physical ... physical lol

I have a forerunner 235 which is about 4 years old , quality hardware but i don't see the point in this. Maybe if your doing vr stuff ?
