Had bigos on sunday, with langos for dessert! Effin delish!
Was an international food faire in town, lots of different dishes from various countries.
Bigos is polish hunter's stew, made with cabbage, sauerkraut, and in my case, sausage thinly sliced. Add some spices, chili and stuff, and it was amazing. Filling, and tasty as hell. Try it, if you have any polish restaurants nearby that have it on their menu.
Langos is like, hungarian deep-fried fluffy flatbread. Had mine with nutella, monstrously yummy, all warm and crispy on the surface and chewy and moist inside.
Mmm! The faire will be back next year; I'm waiting already...
