First Gmail spam in my account

Never got ONE. You must have signed up with someone who later gave ur email address away for spamming. Quite easy.

No way.
Surprise, Surprise! I just click on my gmail spam folder and found 5 mails lying there. Gmail does show the status of mails lying in your mailbox hence you don;t come to know about them until you open spam folder. LB, how many are there in your spam folder?
oh.... just checked, and there was one there, from Imagestation.com which is the site i use to host my pix. so it's my fault. Kinda...
I have five mails in "spam", one from somebody from Nigeria... , one from some Zimbabwian whose father was murdered by Mugabe's agents , and one has this message...
"We are pleased to inform you of the announcement today 24th July 2004 of your selection as one of the ten winners of the promotional European International Sweepstakes Lottery Spain held recently as part of our YEAR BONANZA.
You have therefore been approved for a lump sum pay out of US$1,000,000.00 (One Million Dollars only) in cash....."

No, really, it all depends on what kind of websites you surf. Or that's what i think. Mostly. Like, i never get spam because, being at work, i never access any websites apart from B3D and Gmail. That's what i believe and everyone, please, don't rush to tell me how stupid this idea is, just let me live in my soap bubble, it feels good.

In my universe, u don't have to visit porn sites to get porn spam. All you need to do is visit "some" sites to get totally unrelated spam from other sites. As i said, this is all in my head.
