Has anyone played it?
Though IGN review wasn't very good (7.8/10), yahoo has given it 4/5.

"Because it's so close to the formula, The Tormented is not for everyone. It's admittedly a very slowly paced game, and even the draggier bits of, say, Silent Hill are a virtual mosh-pit compared to the Fatal Frame brand of slow-simmering unease. Also, it's quite easy to overlook some small, critical element that, until dealt with, will move the story along. You've got to pay attention, here, so playing with the lights off and the sound up is probably the best idea... until it becomes the worst idea, if you follow. Sensitive or superstitious types prone to nightmares will definitely get some unexpected "replay value" out of this baby.
It may be too low-key for the Raccoon City P.D. vets out there, but The Tormented is at the top of the Fatal Frame game, and shows exactly why Tecmo's spooky upstart franchise instantly elbowed its way to prominence. This is great gaming, great art, and a great way to give yourself the creeps while fumbling around with the oddest virtual camera you've ever handled. Smile... and when your picture develops, be sure to check out what's lurking behind you."

Anyway I'll get it as I am a big FF fan.
