Played the first few levels... enjoying it so far (feels less scary than the first two) but it does have a Cyberpunk/Blade Runner feel on one of the levels.
The game has an auful 30FPS limiter. So to get 60FPS + vsync (for nvidia users) :
1) Disable ingame vsync.
2) Force on vsync on Deadspace 3's NV game profile (note using the global profile's vsync does not work!)
For Anti Aliasing..... I'm using 2880x1620 Downsampled to 1920x1080 + ingame FXAA 3.11 (39 preset). This does a good job at removing jaggies
