Someone from ATi should have went over to Chalnoth's place, knocked on his door, handed him a disk containing the latest full-install drivers, and then held his hand as they walked him thru the proper way to install their drivers...reading them pesky instructions can just be SUCH a bother!

Anything less than that is just unsatisfactory and crappy customer service!

I once did the mistake of installing MS Word (pre Office XP version), and I think I bloody well had to reboot FOUR times before it had finished. Rediculous! I also had to turn off a million bullshit features like the indexing thingy, the goddamn paperclip, and try to get back settings in word hiding stuff I actually needed...

Didn't do THAT again, that's for sure!
