4-year old accused of sexual harassment (please move to RPSC)

BELLMEAD- A four-year-old hugged his teachers aide and was put into in-school suspension, according to the father. But La Vega school administrators have a different story.

Damarcus Blackwell's four-year-old son was lining-up to get on the bus after school last month, when he was accused of rubbing his face in the chest of a female employee.

The prinicipal of La Vega Primary School sent a letter to the Blackwells that said the pre-kindergartener demonstrated "inappropriate physical behavior interpreted as sexual contact and/or sexual harassment."

Seriously how the hell can that employer of that school get away with this?
next thing you hear, is she claims a million dollar courtcase against the parents of the child and the school
 
I'm amazed nobody at that school had the common sense to understand that 4-year-olds aren't capable of harassing females sexually.

Where will the madness stop?

Perhaps we should make a society a la Solaria, as described in Asimov's "Naked Sun" novel. Then mad people like these wouldn't have anything to complain about.. Probably, anyway.

The kid most likely had other intentions, like the need for affection and communication. When I was 7 I saw porn for the first time and I didnt understand what the hell it was supposed to show. I also couldnt understand how babies were made no matter how well my mother explained it to me. How can a 4 year old be accused for sexual harrassment when he cant understand what sex is??

They are complete idiots really!! Jesus!!

Sometimes kids need such contact especially when they are insecure. For example molested and abused children might do something similar but it has nothing to do with sex. Their is no sexual intention and no way he would view it that way. It wasnt a boob for the kid. It was just a woman from which he might have felt like getting close to

But even if the kid wanted to annoy again he cant see it that way and still wouldnt be his fault. Its just a f*cking kid

These petty DOUCHEBAG teachers are really grabbing on this one. Society has demonstrated nothing less than sheer insanity with this one. What kind of individual perverts an obvious throng for affection and distorts it into deviance? Why don't you examine the mindframe of THEM and reconsider allowing them to work in the company of children.

maybe the parents should...

charge the aide with child molestation and statutory rape.

and also maybe put the aide up for a blotter as a child predator...

the kid can always say she forced her boobies at him ;)
