Background My current rig has a Q9650 @ 3.98 with 4GB DDR2 ram and a 980Ti. I've basically ignored CPU, mobo and RAM technology in the last few years and have no clue about it's current state. All the numbers and letters are different! I'm thinking about upgrading these in the next month or two...
