Do we know the final CPU and GPU clock speeds? And if not, is this something we will ever discover?

So when, if ever, do we find out the final clock rates? Is that even going to be possible to test/discover?

Hate to argue but I am watching a press conference called The World Created by Playstation 4 on IGN right now. As is all of Neogaf.

No, "Life with Playstation" already happened (http://www.stageselect.com/N5359-sony-announces-final-fantasy-xx2-hd-remaster-for-p.aspx). "The World Created by Playstation 4" (the one we are all interested in), begins in just a few minutes and will be streamed live on IGN.

So we now know the final clock speeds of the X1. Is there any indication of what the clock speeds are in the PS4 and if they also received a similar bump? I can't find any official clock speed specifications of the PS4, just rumors and estimates. Sony's web site is also mum on the issue.
