Perhaps I don't recall correctly, but I find this to be unlikely. MS went through various revisions with the 360 initially, but many of those were directly due to consumer hardware failure more so than manufacturing refinement. I was under the impression that the first "true" hardware...
Actually I was referring to SE as a developer/publisher and that the PC generally doesnt see many quality titles come out of the East. I suppose clarifying that is considerably more important than the game itself.
Anyone interested in an open world sandbox title, really should give Sleeping Dogs a chance. Its perhaps the best Japanese based title and all around sandbox game I have played on pc in years.
Oh and multimonitor support out of the box!!!!
Typically I view a game as a dollar for entertainment hour ratio. If I play a game 40 hours and invest 60 in the game then Im only spending 1.5 dollars per entertainment hour. Which realistically is a rather good deal considering the cost of various other forms of entertainment.
