Agree, it's much improved and it's going to look even better once it officially releases. As a longtime Halo fan I love what 343 has done with Infinite, and making this a free to play game is going to bring a ton of new fans into the Halo universe. For me personally I think this is the best...

Agree with the use of the term flight. There's something about the term that doesn't work for me either lol. As far as it looking barren are you talking about this map specifically? Or all maps because this is the only one that comes to mind as somewhat barren. It's actually a pretty fun map...

Pistol is still king for sure but I do like the new AR in Infinite. The AR being more powerful will probably help balance the game slightly for players that aren't quite as good.

Is there any way to remotely download the preview build to my XSX? I downloaded Xbox insider on PC but Halo Infinite doesn't show up on previews and I also show zero devices in settings.

Hate to say it because I'm insulting myself but there's way too many casuals here now (I'm a casual :lol:. I do try and stick to hitting the like button as opposed to posting regularly though). That and console warring seem to be driving away some of the special people that make B3D different...

Also with COVID having such a big impact on game development at the moment it's likely that many games have been behind on release schedules. Surly that's impacted time for optimizations on PC/XB/PS.

Is this game played all from a fixed point of view? Looks like a game I would play but I'm not a fan of stationary camera games.

So doing a full reset fixed the issues I was having. That's all my issue was apparently.

I want to say when I initially started playing I was not in quick resume mode. I did play later in quick resume, but no I didn't do a restart by holding the power button down. I will try that when I get home today. Strange if I'm the only one experiencing noticeable performance issues post...
