From my experience and investigations with friends I can tell you the following as FACTS: 1 - It's not a bug with some games code. It can occur (and occurred to me) anywhere, from the XMB to the web Browser, from GTHD to Gripshift. 2 - This is not an interference issue. I have no wirelss stuff...

Yeah, u have to create another user ID and then, upon registering to the PSN, right after you input the date of birth, select sub account rather than master (later it will ask you to which master account you want to link the sub account to). You will need a new valid email for the sub account.
