    nforce2 full multiplier unlock?

It is probably just an immature bios then. Hopefully by the time I build the system, a decent retail bios will be out.

    Geforce FX question

What I would like to know is if they scrapped the nv35 and will go straight to the nv40 in autumn time of this year.

    Video games and violence

There was an article last year (sorry can't remember where i saw it) that said that violent games are good for teenagers as it helps to relax them and to relieve stress. I have been playing violent games since doom when I was 11 years old and I have never thought of murdering anyone.

Ok where the heck are the GeforceFX reviews?

I am one of those that have been waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting....well anyway, I am getting a little sick of waiting and hearing nothing about the card. I would of expected reviews by now. If ati can bring out the r350 at a good price at the same time as the...

PS3 is a nuclear accident waiting to happen?

How would a developer develop a game to take advantage of a system using distributed networks when the developer knows that not every ps3 will be networked. It does sound very interesting and I would love to see how it is actually implemented in the final release of the ps3.

    nforce2 full multiplier unlock?

It might just be the asus that has the problem  . With asus, too use a multiplier past 12.5, I think, you either have to unlock the multiplier manually or the processor must have the multiplier set as it's default i.e. the 2800+ is 13.5. I know there is a way to unlock the...

R400 by the end of this year? Surely a mistake (?)

Why don't nvidia just release the nv40 6 months after the nv30 and skip the nv35. I presume they would of had a seperate design team working on the nv40 and designing and building that, I wouldn't of thought that the delays with the nv30 and tsmc's problems with .13u would of caused the nv40 to...

    VSA100 ?

Ok thankyou again. I will do a search on google for the articles. What are the good points and bad points about using a tile based architecture though? I presume the bin space isn't the only draw back and how come more cards aren't using a tile based architecture? I do appologise for...

    VSA100 ?

How do you mean totally free, as in no performance hit what so ever? I am not sure how that is possible as the direct3d msaa involves rendering the frame and the z-buffer to a higher resolution - mr neeyik

    VSA100 ?

Sorry, I was under the impression that kyro2 did have free anti aliasing. And you seem to say that graphics cards will need to carry on getting more and more powerful until you can play at 1600x1200x128bpp with 4xfsaa and 8xanisotropic filtering. play what exactly? the newest games? I don't...

    nforce2 full multiplier unlock?

I have recently purchased the asus a7n8x deluxe board for my new system that I am building after christmas. I have heard that the board does unlock the mulitplier for the new thoroughbreds but I have also heard that you can not select a multiplier past 12.5x. Is this the case? Is there anyway...

    VSA100 ?

Would you say that the kyro and kyro2 were very inefficient? The geforcefx is also rumoured to be able to have 4xfsaa with almost no performance hit, would you say that that was very inefficient? If a graphics card can churn out hundreds of frames per second in doom3 but make it look like...
