Methinks the next consoles will use a 192bit bus with 4GB GDDR7 modules, reaching an overall 24GB RAM.
A 256-bit Bus/32GB VRAM combo I think would explode prices.
As always, Nvidia remains the trendsetter and is a whole generation ahead, and AMD follows. So does Microsoft now, basically just collecting and formalizing Nvidia inventions into DirectX, rather than defining them.
HUB is increasingly getting more passive-aggressive with its messaging. Maybe because it becomes increasingly more untenable to defend AMD/Intel as a noble, underrated underdog.

To be clear, will RTX Neural Shaders be a RTX 50 series exclusive or not? Because that whole texture compression stuff alone already sounds upgrade-worthy.
