Because if i run the game in windowed borderless i get too many fps and things start going haywire
but when i run it in fullscreen, it limits itself to 60 fps even when loading and transitioning between outdoor/indoor or fast travel and its just so slow its unbearable
i just told the mod to limit fps during loading to 500 fps and now its super fast
