I was just having a look at the abit site and noticed this,

Overview:
Double bandwidth of current AGP 8X, ABTI RX600 XT-PCIE is fully adapting the newest PC architecture standard – PCI Express™ to support current and upcoming game titles, operating systems and multimedia applications. With up to 12 pipelines, 500MHz core clock and breakthrough image technologies, ATI® SMARTSHADER™, SMOOTHVISION™, VIDEOSHADER™, ABIT RX600 XT-PCIE ushers in a whole new gaming category.

Any thoughts ?

It will be a typo or I'm a monkey's uncle.

It must be more than just a typo, that whole line with the 12 pipelines doesn't really make sense to use for that product even with any number replacing the 12. The entire X600 line is 4 pipeline parts.

This is what you get with overly ambitious use of copypaste.
Too bad something like this can slip through into otherwise good HW sites though.

ít also claims Full hardware support for OpenGL® 2.0

What is the full list of features required for gl 2.0 again?

:D

Heh, I'm suprised they're not claiming DX10 compliance too while they're at it.

Up to four pipelines? Is there gonna be a 1, 2 or 3 pipeline version? 2 seems like the only real option there, and even that doesnt sound like it would have enough performace to even scratch something like a 9600xt... or worse...
