Yes by using audio mirroring.

Google vb audio virtual cable, vocemeeter banana.

But the easiest qou be using OBS audio monitoring function

I use obs for audio stuff in combination with vbaudio virtual cable. Works great. I process my mic and then use the monitoring to send the processed mic to vbcable to discord. I also can play itunes in my discord channel for my friends I used voicemeeter in the past, but it honestly just seemed like a lot for my simple use cases.

To me vocemeeter and vb able are too laggy.

I use emeeter only or upmixing stereo to 5.1ch
