Why does Xbox360 list under DirectX9.0c?

I believe it does yes, although it shares more similarities with dx9.0c than any other directX version.

It uses custom API with featureset something between DX9.0(c) and DX10 + some features not supported in DX10 IIRC.
DX9.0c is no doubt the closest match for it in the PC world though
I've always referred to it as "DX9.5", because it can do things that DX9 can't, and can't do things that DX10 can.
 
It does tesselation so there's one thing not present in DX10.
 
Is there any 360 titles that use/rely memexport. I remember quite a bit of talk about it a year or so back but Im unsure if anything ever came to light using the tech.
 
according to their pdf it actually uses tesselation and memexport i guess my question is is their any other title that uses it. and please alstrong searching those oldthread doesnt reveal much as they are rather old threads
