If you have one or multiple hardrives, what type of primary hardisk size you use on regular basis?

Thanks guys!

I have a 320Gb of which I partition 40Gb as the Primary(Root drive).

I do it so it's easier to format if I need to(re-install OS).

Couple days ago I bought WD-10k VelociRaptor 300GB to replace my WD 750GB as my primary hardrive to run XP.

At first I try vista, but I decide XP instead.

You do love your polls. What are you doing with the data, other than satisfying a curiosity?

I have 6 HDDs in this system. 2x750 GB, 1x320 GB, 3x250 GB. I voted for 750 GB because I hate my 250 GB drives and the 320 GB one. I should replace them all with one 1 TB drive or two 750 GB drives.

I just built a new system, and as I needed more disk space and only had a single interface for two IDE devices, I went for a 1 TB Seagate SATA2. Took a while to figure out AHCI, but it's now working fine.

2 x 150GB Raptors, 1 x 750GB HGST, 1 x 500GB Seagate. All SATA2. Intel X-series SSDs and a big regular disk for me next I think.
