    Just started:

    A Plague Tale
Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered
    Dante's Inferno
    Quantum Break

I'm sure one of them will stick.

Little few jumpscares. It focuses on building up an eerie athmosphere.

Finally managed to buy a PS5.

So currently checking out what I missed and downloaded new Ratched and Clank, Demon’s Soul, Returnal and tried all a bit - nice!

Also downloaded Outriders, which I play a lot on PS4 - although it is not specific enhanced for PS5, the difference in experience is stark. Especially the reduced load times are great.

Also tried out the 3D puls head set…seems ok, but nothing mind blowing yet.

The haptic feedback of the controller is neat.

I still use my old Panasonic plasma TV…so no 4k and HDR…am I missing out?

played a lot of anthem recently, finished the main story i guess.
Too bad it did not lived to the expectations, i like the core gameplay a lot, overpowered iron man, could have been a great game if finished and polished.

I'm playing too many games right now. I'm in GamePass overload really:

The Ascent - Just started but might put it aside until the inevitable patches improve it.
MS Flight Sim - Fantastic. Done the discovery flights and about 1/2 the training.
Lumines Remaster - Really happy that this one popped up on GP and I'm playing it about 30 minutes every time I sit down to game.

Doom Eternal, DQ XI, Psychonauts, Jedi Fallen Order and Forza Horizon 4 are all calling me, but I keep getting distracted. I also want to finish Halo 2 -> 5 co-op with my son before Infinite comes out, but coordinating that has been tough.

Scarlet Nexus has been a pleasure on the XSX. Same with Flight Simulator and The Ascent.

Civilization 6 is a go on PC consistently.

Finished Ratchet and Clank on Ps5. Likely to move on to Final Fantasy Remake.

Switch won't get played till BOTW 2.

Shadow of the tomb raider. Best Tomb Raider ever. The story is meh, I mean, were the previous stories really great? But the settings (pre-colombian south america which I adore) and the exploration are so well done. I love it. Now I want the next God of War trilogy to be set in the same settings. We have enough Egyptian stuff in games.

Agree 100%. I don't remember what games came out around the same time, but SotTR was buried by "bigger" releases. But it's incredibly solid mechanically, and graphically great as well. And the story holds the set pieces together well enough, it just isn't anything that's going to evoke any emotion. Which is the real important thing about a story.

I started Shadow on Xbox, ended up buying it and finishing it on PC because of the ray tracing. With the updates the console versions have received, I'm surprised they didn't add some of the RT lights. Also, I would love if they updated the DLSS on the PC release. It's implementation is pretty terrible.

    Amazing!

FInished Twelve Minutes, which as I'm sure people have probably heard about, has an ending that can generously be called "so-so".

Now I'm playing nothing but Hades.

How much gametime did you get out of that?

Twelve MInutes? Probably about 3 hrs or so. It's certainly not a long game.

Depends on how fast you try things or feel like experimenting. I've seen ranges anywhere from 3 to 8 hours as typical.

I might try that one tonight.

I'm still in GamePass overload right now.

I've mainly been playing Dragon Quest XI and Hades lately, with a little Lumines Remastered on the side.

Well, at least that's 15x what its name advertises!

Jokes aside, that's kind of what I expected. I like games I can play in one evening too. Untitled Goose Game, or Donut Country, were great examples. But I'd rather get them when they are at single digit prices, though.

I started playing Hades and its amazing, difficult to find time for everything now as last months were great on gamepass. So many great games so little time. But Hades is something else, such a fluid combat and movement.

I did wonder whether you were making a 12 min joke, but decided to take your question at face value. :D

I think that's the main takeaway from Hades. It's very slick and has a ton of content and unlocks, but all that wouldn't mean anything if the core mechanics weren't good; and they are.
