So where does this leave PowerVR

With Via introducing an S3 GPU, will they still be keen on getting PowerVR on board. Does anyone think this will happen soon, I know Hercules have delayed introducing the Prophet 4800 untill May, now will that coincide with news from VIA, and also news of.......Kyro 3
