    this part http://www.acodis.ru/dochernie-platy/platy-s-sim-card/item/00000008347

would seems to add second MSATA / MPCIE port to my Sony Vaio Tap 11 tablet (originally designed to be used by mPCIE 4G WWAN Card). Its also cheap, only around 10 dollars.

but it seems it cant ship international? any idea how can i buy it?

the page is in russia and google auto translate to english doesnt really help me how can i buy it internationally.
googled around, and i cant find any other place selling that part :(

Sounds like you should take a trip on a Russian Train.

This seller does not ship internationally (because in Soviet Russia, customs rules break YOU!)

These SIM card boards are available on eBay, just Google "Sony DAKR1TH28C0 32KR1RB0000".
