updating the SATA bios on a A7N8X deluxe rev2.0?

hey guys, im looking for a 3rd party bios for my a7n8x deluxe that has a updated SATA bios. even the latest uber bios is behind on the SATA bios updates with the sil3112a controller. i found a site once that seemed to have it but it has been lost to the sands of time. any help on the 3rd party bioses or a way to update the SATA bios?
