Unigine 2 Benchmark

This flew totally under my radar (and everybody else's it seems) but is really worth it IMO. I admit that I never closely followed the development of the unigine engine in the past but the latest version is really impressive. Here's a video of their latest benchmark which also has a nice demo mode where you can walk around the room and interact with objects (works also in VR for the paid version) but also features a cool option that lets you toggle through every shading pass (normal, albedo, lights, SSAO, SSR, Diffuse etc..). Their SSGI + SSR implementation results are really close to what Remedy has done in Quantum Break BTW.

Here are some more videos showing some of the engine's latest features:

Seems like they are having some success in the Simulator business.

I have a near sexual fetish appreciation for that stuff. I can't get enough of it, no matter how many weird artifacts end up coming along for the ride. I'm disapointed I don't see as many games make more bold use of those effects.
