Yup. I never even played an fps with a non-inverted mouse and never would, it's just so unnatural.

I loved Pandemonium, but I hated those "Legacy of cain"-series games from them. Actually the games were ok, but the controls sucked so badly that I never bothered past the first 2-3 levels. Actually, I hated the controls because they were like in TR. Strangely, in TR games it never bothered me that much, but I was thinking "No other game should ever try this, never!"

Or you can press 'Z' when your gun is drawn for manually aiming in an over-the-shoulder view, which is nearly first-person.

Oh, and people who want inverted mouses should try turning their mouse around instead for the same effect ;)

lol, indeed. I don't understand the inverted mouse for FPS-type games either. If you're going to do it, at least be consistent; invert the Z-axis and put your pants on your head.

OT: does anybody know of some kind of 3D patch for Pandemonium1/2 for non-Voodoo cards? Or an emulator which will actually work with these? I'd love to replay these, but have no 3dfx cards.

Have you tried Zeckensack's Glide Wrapper? Converts Glide to OpenGL.

Anyone have an idea how this runs on PS2? I might give it a go if it runs smooth and is more like Tomb Raider 1 and 2...

According to an interview, it's supposed to be 30fps for PS2/Xbox 360, and 60fps for Xbox. (No typo here, either  )

Why is that so funny? Seems any devs who frequent these forums would mind the thieving that goes on and indeed has been bragged about by him?
Of course given that his behaviour seems to be tolerated around here does that mean that you actually are indicating a tacit approval of same?
You would think that Dave wouldn't want a person posting here of such dubious moral value?
And I ofter wonder if his "friend" TM would approve if he stole as many graphic cards as he does software?
