Today I just crashed company's drone twice

    Dji phantom 4 pro v2 crash land after it failed to go home automatically at the end of fully autonomous flight.

    The same drone almost crash into me and hit the wall, flipped over.

    Gonna do full firmware reset, calibrations, etc...

    Basically, don't trust 100% the built-in safety features and warnings (in my case, no warning)

    It have a history of erratic behavior tho. Heck, all dji phantoms I ever use have erratic behavior.

    That's about as much as you can expect from a consumer drone though.
