Which Heatsink is better? The Thermalright SP-94 or the Thermaltake Pipe 101?

Thermalright SP-94 - http://www.frozencpu.com/cgi-bin/frozencpu/cpu-tri-07.html
Thermaltake Pipe 101 - http://www.frozencpu.com/cgi-bin/frozencpu/cpu-tta-21.html

I think the Thermaltake Pipe 101 is a little bit better but .... like 1C .. or less .. both are hella good. btw the ... Thermaltake or thermalright 120 something i cant remember the name for 120mm fan is the best so far i think.

I have the SP-94 and with a 92mm fan and it runs at around 55C @ ~2000rpm. It's really heavy, though it hasn't been an issue yet.

are you looking to over clock? You do need to worry about the weight of it if you have a tower, especially if it's really tall like that one. the SP-94 is 590g, the thermaltake tower is 640g, and the thermaltake 101 is 500g.

the maximum supported for P4/athlonXP i think it's 450g right ?

IIRC the official limit is a measly 300g for Socket462, but I think you shouldn't have too much problem in the 500-700g range either, as long as the clip utilizes all 6 tabs - or even better, use the 4 holes.
