ETCPAK Fastest compressor

In the following test a 4096x4096 RGBA texture atlas filled up to about 87% was compressed on an Intel Core i3 540 CPU. Alpha channel was ignored. PNG decoding took 0.67 seconds in etcpak and, for a fair competition, that value was substracted from all measured compression times.
