Terrain Rendering Article

    With two new engines on the horizon, I though it'd be appropriate to direct the uninitiated who frequent Beyond3D (myself included), as to some of what goes on in terrain rendering engines and the performance considerations that developers make. The article "The second life of brute force rendering" can be found here and is featured on GameDev. Though, the article isn't comprehensive, it is relatively easy to read and informative.
