terminal registry error

hi guys i keep seeing this terminal registry error warning on the top of this webpage lately. is anyone else having this warning too ?
can anyone please give me some suggestions on this?

well it's actually a banner for "Falk Adsolution" it's just annoying sometimes it shows "warning you may have terminal registry errors" and it really freaked me out that if my pc is in trouble.

It's just something they say to try to fool you into installing their spyware.

If your registry REALLY had terminal errors, chances are your computer wouldn't even boot, much less be able to open up an IE window so you could see that warning!
