it needs 1:1 copies, there're no 1:1 copies available
it needs hitachi dvd, the first 360 arrived, doesn't work with samsung ones, the new 360 have all samsung
it's a software hack, not a modding
it doen't allow malicious code to run on live, only trusted one, the only thing that the hack change is the media check bit in the firmware, so this is harmless for live
even if ms flsh the firmware via live, it can be reflashed, so they have to discover another solution

This Specialist guy hacked the PSP but kept it secret because it's Sony. Nobody tries to hack Sony machinesl. This guy will not attempt to hack the PS3 I bet and if he does, everybody will keep it a secret.

MS just has to stand up to 10,000X more attempts. That's why their security is so much better.

It's very hard to do a 1:1 copy at now, and the one in torrent's channels are all fakes
