I can really relate to the claims of being unhappy when procrastinating, especially when I leave a school project until the last minute. The rise in "chronic procrastinators" does not really surprise me at all, and as the article mentions there are just so many distractions in life today that people seem to have a harder time focusing on whats important.
What do you guys think, would anyone here consider themselves chronic procrastinators?
After 10 years of research on a project that was supposed to take only five years, a Canadian industrial psychologist found in a giant study that not only is procrastination on the rise, it makes people poorer, fatter and unhappier.
