Saved the file but I cant seem to find it
If needed be I will install ultrasearch and try to locate it

It appears to be from one of 2 locations. If that's too hard to read (zooming further just makes the text too blurry) they are :

Open up Windows Defender, see if it placed the file in "Quarantine".
