strange behavior on file rename

If I rename a folder I get a dialog saying the folder no longer exists
the file renames ok

eg:
rename c:\temp\davros to anything (by right clicking on the folder and selecting rename)
I get this error msg

edit found solution (its because i removed libraries)

I thought by libraries you meant .dlls and the like but it's about Windows 7's explorer "Library" feature. What does that thing do anyway?, is that kind of a stored search or something?

I remember ignoring it, just like I would ignore "My Documents" in Windows 95.
