You could try dvdboxoffice.com. They should be quite reliable, only delivery times can be looong, and they don't have online stock info. I've ordered on April 1st, Lumines has arrived already (4 or 5 work days after shipping), but NO PSP YET! I'm going INSANE, I tell ya!

Is that Lik Sang importing Japanese PSPs? Cause they're not specifying.

EDIT: To nitpick myself, Lik Sang are actually EXporting, i'm the one who's importing but anyway... Shows how bored i am here...

I got mine from dvdsoon.com. It was CAD$390 after a 10% off discount (which you can get the code for from the dvd-swaps forum), including shipping. That included a bundle pack and "street unleashed 2".

my fam member bought psp for 400US 2 games and 512mb.

how i think of it? unless u really hardcore gamer addiction even on move, its not worth the price and talk about importing!

quite heavy. thing is too straight, not egonomic imo. MUST use strap on your left hand if u psper! feel always like dropping either slip or hold too long cramps. games wipout mercury loads times. the graphics not really great. how to compare gba? gba does good 2d but psp does not too good 3d. very jaggies. no compare. screen is good but feel small details wordings lack sharpness. movies take 400mb. i can find ready made 200mb movies but very pixelated! imagine time ripping + encoding.. memory stick only 468mb...very expensive.. puting the maritn field is a pain! reallly not much to do with psp even if sony hyped total entertaimnent... i hope firmware updates give more mulittask features and web browser a must(will shoot up imho value 2x!) i use wipeout browser, any one know a really good dns portal?? memory stick MUST really drop bigtime(will shoot up imho value 2x!)!!!! also hope emu-scenes appear fast!

now i think psp is about 6.9. good potential but really not much do now. great time waster on games but can pay much less for a gba for same effect...

since psp started give u spending urge, i suggest buy a pda or xbox. it will stop the urge. better spent without regret!

Chap, thanks, but i don't need convincing over how good or bad PSP is, but thanks for trying  . It was just a question of "do i get it now or wait for UK release?".
If i wanted an Xbox i'd have gotten one a long time ago. I haven't played with my PS2 for months, i simply don't have time, so an Xbox is out of the question.

Anyway, latest developments have pushed me to wait for the UK release of the PSP.

Chap, I find it interesting that while the vast majority of PSP reviews have been overwhelmingly positive, you would find so much to complain about.

Are we talking about the same system? I think it's your own personal bias that's getting in the way - not anything particularly wrong with PSP.

My own PSP is sitting happily beside me at the moment, pumping out music as I work. Videos I ripped and copied over to Memory Stick with no problem - and I'm hardly a rocket scientist.

I think anyone who looks at PSP objectively can only say that this is a great, great device - one that may dramatically change the way people work and play.

Myself, I think it's the most significant hardware release since the original PlayStation, with much greater potential to become part of our daily lives.

London-boy, I'm sorry you have to wait for your PSP, but believe me - this beaut is worth it.

yes, it may. if it only came from another IHV (one with less vested interest in the DRM shyt). unfortunately, and i do regret saying that as i've waited for such a device far too long already, it most likely won't (judging by some sony officials' statements). at least not in the forseeable future. unless you and me have completely different ideas of what would be a dramatic change in people's enterntainment and productivity on the go, of course.
