With my old 4890s the driver update feature launched the installer automatically. Now all I get is a browser window that forwards me to AMDs driver update page, where I have to select which driver to get using the standard set of combo-boxes. I dunno bout you, but I can find that driver page on my own without steam's help, so if this is what the "check for driver updates" feature has been reduced to then they might as well remove it altogether.
Also, LFD2 states that steam cannot identify my video card, and warns me that the game might not work...MONTHS after cayman cards have been out on the market. What's going on here?
