Its the developers who worked at SSI, they started a new company. SSI made some really great games in the 80s and 90s. I think most remember them for the D&D titles but they made very good military simulations and some adventure/role playing games prior. Games like Baldurs Gate are in many ways the next step in what SSI was doing and I very much miss them and look forward to seeing what they produce.
