Two of the main ones on the market are Dragon Naturally Speaking and IBM Via Voice. I know that VV does different versions for different countries, so check to see if they do a Portuguese one.

Just make sure you follow the instructions for training and do the correction as that will make it better. One good tip is to feed in a load of your previous documents so that it can get trained on your diction, context and pronunciation of words it doesn't know about before you get serious.
