Only slightly OT (well, it's shader related in terms of Renderman) but, in the Pixar films and shorts, I've noticed the texture from the "Luxor Junior" rubber ball (if not the ball itself) also pops up from time to time.

    • Red's Dream - the stage floor
    • Toy Story - Buzz bounces off ball to "fly"
    • Toy Story 2 - Luxo Jr while going "round the horn", also first "physical" appearance next to front door of Al's Toy Barn
    • Monster's Inc - Boo's Room
    • Finding Nemo - Toy box in dentist's office (near Buzz)?
The "Pizza Planet" or "YO" truck has appeared in every feature.
