Sapphire X800XT Toxic and HIS X800XT PE

Does anyone know when these cards will be available...or if they are where can I purchase them. I ahve saerched all over and found one site that is selling the HIS X800XT PE but it's "OUT OF STOCK". What is teh deal with these 2 cards?

I'd be surprised to see any of those 2 before the end of august.
