I love the atmosphere in this and the graphics look pretty good as well. Apparently it's been in development for over 10 years now. Hopefully the game is as good as this trailer looks.

Fascinating. Yeah this was a Steam Greenlight posted in 2012. I was sure some kind of development hell had killed it years ago.

Small indie team. It's possible they might be using the Microsoft GDK which, I believe, allows for compiling both a XB and PC version of a game.

Doubt it.
If it was paid I'd expect at least a GP attachment to it.

Talking about this title specifically I would say it's GDK as it's a small team that title has been in development a very long time and it's also rebooted.
Slim down the target platforms to have a hope of getting it out.

I'm actually surprised it's releasing on XO, as a lot of titles have started to drop that, including small indie ones that are releasing on just XS, PC & NSW.
This is showing that XS selling well enough to be initial console release.
