Remove the Windows "restorepointfiles" how..

and where can i find the path to remove it manually.
Its the files that usually gets removed when you clean the disc with tempfiles and others(Automatic) with windows.
But my OS is F#5ked up and i need to free some space.

control panel > system > system restore

you tunr them off there and i think when you do it deletes them all....
(i didnt use them anyway, so i might be wrong, but i think thats how it works)

1,2something... I cant reformat because i need to get my backupp first wich i will get in the beg of sep, so thats why i need too clean upp this Win-shit

AFAIK it's write protected, so you won't be able to simply delete it. I think the folder has "restore" in the name, just search for it.

Just delete the %systemdrive%\_Restore folder while in DOS mode, then it will recreate the structure when you boot into windows again.

The restore files are stored in C:System Volume Information.
In order to see the folder you have to click Tools>Folder Options>View in Explorer, then uncheck the box that says 'Hide protected operating sytem files'.

You don't even need to go to dos to delete the files. If you log on with an administrator account you can take ownership of that folder and then delete it.
