For some reason, I think Anand's benches are usually off. We hope they're off across the board, so relative performance is still useful. :)

I think we should wait for the official UT2003 demo (two weeks' time). Anand's lucky he is down the road from Epic's office and hence gets to help Epic troubleshoot stuff for them. Heh.

I almost never get the same scores as Anand in his reviews. And yes, I do know how to turn off sound, minimal programs running and scandisk/defragment my hard drive before writing a review (in fact I start with a fresh install of ME or XP on each card.)

But maybe he has magic hardware ;) (when our systems are comparable I mean and he scores 10-15 fps higher)

ben, someone just posted on MURC that matrox has 1.00.01.226 drivers up and most reviews were done using 1.00.01.225 i believe, any chance these drivers maybe used in your review ;) http://www.matrox.com/mga/support/drivers/latest/home.cfm

Also are you still having problems with your board, thanks in advance :)
