This is indeed the System on a Chip (SoC) that Sony Computer Entertainment and Sony LSI have designed for the PSP: 90 nm e-DRAM single chip LSI (SoC), with a 3D graphics chip (the GPU), H.264 codec engine (the MPEG4 decoder, the AVC decoder chip), etc... it seems a nice match.
