Prog to remove unwanted things from the add/remove list ?

Someone can tell me what i should use to remove unwanted things undeletable from the add/remove list ? I'm sure there's a good prog out for that !

Microsoft's TweakUI can do it.

Also, I believe the add/remove programs control panel applet in XP can do it as well, but TweakUI definitely can.
